Employee ReviewPg 2 Rachel Watts has been employed with the company now for three month, as part of employment in that respect is a 90 twenty-four hours review. Rachel tries to put across with her co-workers and I noticed that they are not reciprocating the actions. Rachel seems timid with relegate co-workers, but not by choice, Rachel is a very attractive and pleasant person, she always comes in with a smile on her face and throughout her break ing she is still smiling. Rachel works tumesce with the clients, she is friendly and courteous with them at alone times. She makes sure either their needs are met and they are kept happy. All clients acclamation her and her positive attitude. She makes them laugh and keep the clients on their toes. Rachel is always there for the client gives them a 110% of her attention and sees to all their needs.

The clients revel when Rachel works and when she is not on a free they enquire for her constantly. Rachel has great communication skills, she communicates well with her supervisor and shift leaders. Rachel notifies the shift leaders of any change with the clients or guest that white thorn have reported anything unusual. Rachel! though she tries to communicate with other co workers is still having difficulties. She makes the effort and tries to use strong communication skills, it is not that they do not hear her but that they do not listen or care to hear what she has.
